Try Ham Radio Deluxe. It is free and has a logging program in it. It has
some weak areas, but it is open source and you can improve it to your liking
if that is your cup of tea.
I use N3FJP software. It has both contesting modules and a general logging
program.

The last two days I have been trying to get the Orion II to work
(communicate) with TRX-Manager. It does not work for me. Is there any
other logging program that will work with the Orion II so that the band,
frequency, and mode will flow into the logging program. It must be a windows
