So with the 250 watt element, +-5% Full scale so at 150 to 250watts full scale 
+-12.5 watts, 50 to 150watts so at that spot it would be +-7.5 watts and 
0-50watts it would be +-2.5 watts all with the only the 250 watt element?

So the rule of thumb is still true +- one segment/mark/increment on the meter.

Had to take the bird back to work no manual in front of me.
