Isn't that the kind of power supply you just turn off the radio, then supply
, then turn supply back on and radio back on ?

Early 540's used a 6-pin black rectangular connector. Later ones used the
4-pin inline connector.

I just had my second 262g ps go bad...so I am looking for a good working
ps
for my Triton 540. Will consider any options that will work with the
original 540 power cord. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Many thanks,

Steve in Maine
