Jim,
Those lamps are Chicago Miniature models I think.
do a Google search on Chicago Miniature Lamps as key words and see what you 
find.  I think they were taken over by another company, but those lamps 
should be in some large distributor catalogs.  Have you tried Mouser, 
Allied, or Newark's catalogs? Or Digi Key?
