Subject: [TenTec] O2 - SSB distortion

Hi Guys - I am troubleshooting a problem with my O2 that began about 3 weeks ago. I began getting reports of audio distortion - sounded like RF in the shack to locals or heavily processed audio. After retightening all my ground connections and checking coax integrity I switched in my 756Pro - guess what - studio sounding audio reports again with the same mics and amp. I have done a master reset, but haven't yet done it with "clearing the user settings" - because it is a minor pain to get all the settings and band stacking memories back.

Has anyone had a similar problem? Up until 3 weeks ago I was getting uniformly excellent audio reports.

Thanks --

Keith
