Go to the SONY website and prowl around to service parts and you should find
a listing. I have bought a couple replacement pairs for my SONY MDR-V6.
To get in the vicinity - the box for mine was marked:

Pad Assembly, Ear
MDR V7 , MDR V6 , MDR 7506
908643 is on the label but that may just be a label number.
