If the phones have a hard surface, you can buy bulk packs of make up sponges in Walgreens drug store. Cut a hole in the middle of a couple, and affix them with double sided Scotch tape to the phones after removing the original worn cushions. These are very comfortable, and come in white, closed cell foam.
