I've used MixW2 very successfully. I also generate CW via the same method.
Do understand the mode of CW is ACW or audio CW so one uses LSB or USB of
your choice. Operation is no different than SSB or PSK-31 as to levels and
etc. In my case the VOX handles the RX/TX switching with VOX delay set to
near minimum. Be sure the Speech Processor is off and do not overdrive the
ALC.
As to being able to decode CW it does a very good job with computer
generated CW, but like most programs, has difficulty with hand send code as
the timing is not consistent and noise burst tend to cause it to drop a few
characters..
The function keys and pre established messages make for quick and fast
contest work.
