Joe,
Probably no commercial repair shop has access to the detailed schematics 
and shop notes.  I don't know of any any brand ham equipment repair 
anyway. Your best source of corporate knowledge is Ten Tec.
Their work is reliable and reasonable, and often they can send you a 
board to swap, after you talk to them and if they can identify a known 
failure.
