[TenTec] What is the QRM on 7.031 MHz

I have been on working a little CW on 7.031 MHz the past 2 nights and 
have been hearing some kind of "data" QRM.  Not being into more than 
PSK31 I need to be educated as to what I am listening too.  Can any of 
you tell me what this stuff is?
