Don't suppose you have the front panel switch selected to "QSK" vice "PTT"

I have owned a Centaur amp. for some time but have not had time to use it  
often.  It has a very loud and distracting relay "clacking" that  tries  to 
follow each dit and dah at lower speeds but holds in with short  drop out 
delay at 35 to 40 wpm.  Has anyone had any luck isolating this  relay from the 
circuit board to prevent acoustically coupling, to soften the  noise?  
Would appreciate any constructive input.  Thanks.   Mike/K4KJC.
