Upon a cold start the audio in the speakers has a distinct a/c hum that is multiplies 10 fold when the tune button is pushed with or with the tuner in line, loading into a dummy load. It's deafening. Is it 60 Hz or 120 Hz or what? How do you explain having a 60 Hz oscillator within the rig? Surely it comes from an external source?! Your power supply might be misbehaving? 73, Roy K6XK |
