I am seeing the same thing that you are. Cycling the radio on and off and the 
BW reverts back to 3000.   I have downloaded the software 5 times and it still 
is doing that.  I had sent TT an e-mail earlier about that.  Check your Band 
Stack and see if it is working  (A B C D  ) I can not get mine to hold the 
memory.
