At first I thought it was glued to the PCB, after removing it it became obvious 
that the liquid on the capacitor was leaking down all over everything. 

Heading to Frys to find a 2.2 replacement, may need to use 1mf if they dont 
have one. These days looking for electronic components and people just wonder 
why. ;-)
