That's what I see here... peaks at 30% on a AMD Sempron 2.2 GHz CPU with 2 
GB Ram with WIN 7 HP 32bit OS.

It was always around 30% on my single core 2 ghx PC here when I was
running the Flex 5000.  It really was not a problem at all.
