[TenTec] Sticking meter on Argosy 525

Hi folks,

I'm a new ham and new to this list (and everything!). I recently picked up an 
Argosy 525 and find that the meter sticks almost all the time on xmit and 
occasionally on rcv. Is there a remedy? I'm told "Yeah...they all do 
that...it's normal", but I'm in the process of setting up my antenna and my 
station and of course I want everything to be functioning to the best level 
possible.
