Nope. The MFJ-926B is a Chinese tuner. That same tuner is sold as the
CG-2000 here in Europe. There's also a CG-3000.
You are confusing these with the new MFJ-994BFT and MFJ-998RT which are
based on the own indoor products with similar names.
There is yet another Remote tuner called the MFJ-927 and I have no clue
whether it's home-built or outsourced in China.

Er... IF the remote tuners are outsourced, then so are their corresponding
in-shack tuners, as they use the same circuit boards.
No matter what you think of the products or the quality - MFJ is a huge
American success story. That company maintains a huge catalog of gear,
I cannot imagine how he makes any money producing that many products for a
niche market.
