PTFE is good stuff to have around. I think many of the big box hardware
stores sells the Super Lube product.

bought some ptfe grease online but have since seen it here and there.
That's all I use now, teflon based grease and oils. The stuff I use is
called Super Lube So far, it's been super. I bought mine on eBay but I
think I saw some at the Home Despot the other day.
