[TenTec] Corsair II Control Board

Dear Friends

I have any question about ten tec Corsair II Control Board.

Accidentally  when work with a cristal filter , i put the receive tensión to 
ground , this make burn the 10 ohms resistances of the emiters  of q4 and q7 .

i  work in the repair this board  i have changed all transistors in the 
electronic key but not have tensión in receive , the transistor q9 and ic 
regulator Works well.

The regulated tensión is ok but not receive tensión (12v).

Any Idea?
