Jim I agree that there are differences. This is specially true as to the
current market value of the two models. In general, all things being
equal, cosmetics, electrically, options and such, the 564 sells for more
money and is more desireable than a 563 opt 3.

You need to get the right info for the guys at TenTec.
They are the same as far as the electronics go, but you may not advertize
a 563 rev 3
as a VI+. The only differences are the front and rear panels BUT one is
a 563 and the
other is a 564.
