I've had no complaints at all about BW jumping. But I have an option in my program so you can do it either way.

Can't you define the BW command in the INI as two concatenated BW
commands with the second one always BW=0?

Carl,

Great idea. Sometimes I don't see the tree for the forest.
This should work well and give Rick and others what they want (well, need
to test it first), in that it should let the Eagle then utilize control via
the BW pot again without having to shut down the control program.

How many complaints have you had Carl regarding the "jumping" BW? (e.g. if
you have it set for 6k via the pot, run N4PY, change BW there to 300 or so
for CW, accidentally bump the BW pot and all of a sudden you are at 6k or
5800 or???)

Since you implemented it this way in N4PY, implementing it in OmniRig the
same way should be ok then.
I'll try it, and see what happens.

Thanks, and 73,
