I've found a shot of lubricant {NOT WD-40} at the top front will typically
restore the switch life. This is where I've had issues on other products.
I think this is the same switch as used for the mains power on the Centurion
amp. Thus one would believe the electrical current/voltage rating is
adequate.
Based on your description you are experiencing a mechanical failure.

Both switches fail.. After time they become progressively more difficult
to switch until they finally fail. Is is not they are expensive ($5) it
is
the pain of getting to them. Then again no one else seems to have the
problem so maybe just buy a dozen to have on hand
I plan to contact the manufacturer to see if they have a more reliable
switch available.

What is curious is this is rated : ---MECHANICAL LIFE 100K CYCLES
---ELECTRICAL LIFE 50K CYCLES
I am lucky to get a small percentage of its rating.
Which switch are you having to replace so often? The one in the Paragon
or the one in the power supply? Both?
