[TenTec] Jupiter with no output

I see a Jupiter with no power out, but it can be heard in nearby radio when 
transmitting.

Sounds like finals.

Is this a known issue? I dont see any major complaints on this.

The guy wants $550, which is a bit much if it has to go back to Ten Tec.

Has anyone run into this before?
