[TenTec] RX Offset for Orion 565?

When running during the CQ 160 contest this past weekend, I noticed that
just about everyone coming back to me was approx 200 hz down from my
transit frequency.

I don't remember if this is the case on other bands (or USB), but if it is,
is there a way to set this offset?
