Good idea Jim, but that's already part of the plan.

After 2 moves across the big pond in just 5 years, I don't have enough
residual unneeded toys to pay for that.

Take a look at my two pictures, before and after the move:

Before:

The big amplifier (bottom left) was just one of 3; I had end one of those
plus a Centaur.

After:

But that just gave me a better idea.
     "I can sell the XYL."
In fact all I have to do is give her away for free and then I will have
enough money for a KX3 + amp.

Have you not considered selling some of your older and outdated toys? I did
that and ended up with enough to buy a KX3, KXPA100, and a few accessories.
