Just search Custom Quartz Crystal manufacturing; or see if International
Crystals in Oklahoma City is still making them to order.

The only other option is a parts unit from a swap meet.

Well, there is a third idea:  Make up a tiny board that will mount the
Sixxxx chip that digitally can be controlled to a wide range of frequencies.
You just want enough circuit to lock it on the needed HF frequencies you
mentioned, or lock two of the circuits.  There should be enough room to
double foam tape such a piece of Vector board circuit material inside the
515.
