If you have a drill press, I would use a reverse, left hand drill bit.

The threaded end of an aluminum screw broke off in one of the PCB mounting
posts in my Omni 6+.  Please have a look here:  http://n1eu.com/screw1.jpg

I'd very much appreciate advice on how to remove that screw end.
