[TenTec] WTB: Century/21 Knobs, Button

I'd like to restore my rig with the parts it should have. I'm looking for
the bandswitch knob, one of the common pointer knobs (black pointer) for
the bandwidth control, and the white pushbutton for zero beat.

I think there are modern equivalents available for the bandswitch and
button but perhaps not for the pointer. But, seeing that I'm already asking
for at least one I may as well as for all and see what junkers out there
may be available to help?
