  Thanks for the reply,  I forgot to mention that I have an RS-232 to USB 
connected to a SignaLink USB Interface, via a DB-9 to the Radio’s ACC and the 
USB to the computer. If I switch the USB cable coming from the SignaLink USB to 
my Optiplex 390 computer it works.  But switching the cable to the NanoPC it 
does not.  It is the same cable.  
I am stumped!  The HRD software is a paid version on the Optiplex computer, HRD 
on the NanoPC is a trial version with 28 days left.  But that should make any 
difference.  What even further surprises me, it the the 780 Digital Master does 
work on NanoPC even though HRD does not.  I have even turned off the firewall 
on the NanoPC with no effect, thinking perhaps that was the problem.  But no 
dice.  ????
