These are typically MOLEX brand connectors of the IDC type.  I suggest you download the MOLEX catalog  and you can order as you need by model number from either Digi-Key or Mouser.   Both have a good selection in stock at reasonable prices.

Where can I get the different connectors that Ten Tec used in a lot of their older equipment, namely the Corsair II ?  These are the little clear connectors that the factory put numbers on to be plugged into their corresponding numbered sockets on the boards.
