They had my Omni 7 for 6 months, first half of 2018. When I did hear from them I was told there was shipping damage. They had not reported the damage to UPS (probably had not opened the box) and after 6 months there was no need for me to either. They did fix the problem I sent it in for.

TenTec repair has now had my Omni VII for 11 weeks. Is anyone else having
trouble with updates, general information, ec. regarding a rig there? When
I enquire, I get the "it's in the due, or on someone's desk, or the
original email agani "It takes X weeks, etc.

All I know is it was on some technician's workbench weeks ago.

Getting REALLY concerned.
