[TenTec] A9 power distribution board caps replacement for Orion 566 - BOM updated

Hi folks,

there is A9 power distribution board caps replacement for Orions 566 - BOM 
updated 2019
using Farnell. I used Farnell instead of DigiKey and Mouser Electronics as they 
have crazy 
shipping fees for overseas orders.

* - preffered 
! - 5mm lead spacing instead of 4.5mm on A9 PCB
!! - 2mm lead spacing instead of 2.5mm on A9 PCB
!!! - 3.5mm lead spacing instead of 4.5mm on A9 PCB
