You cannot disable the relay via a menu on the 7300 although you can on the
IC-7610. The amplifier relay is keyed at all times.
The only way to kill the relay is to rip it out. Once it's out you just
connect it's driver to the amp key output and let the driver
transistor do the keying. Doing this is not for the faint of heart however.

I still have my Corsair II, Triton IV, Argo 6, Omni C and PM3A here.
