Well, I believe you said it is your fence. If so, go look in the
mirror and complain to the fellow until he does something about it. Or
take the fence down and feed the deer.
One fellow suggest and he had success by placing a toriod donut with
about 3 turns of wire located very close to the fence charger. Might
try that.

Start first by using a 12 volt battery, like the one on your lawn or
garden tractor. Connect your radio direct to the battery. Note the S
meter reading for the given band and frequency. Then drop or turn off
the main breaker to the house. And again note the S meter reading as
before. If the noise drops, it is inside your house and now the
detective work begins. Turn off all of the individual breakers, turn
the main breaker back on. Again observe the noise. If it comes up,
the noise is outside. If not then flip on one breaker at a time and
observe noise level or change. You'll likely find one or two that
contribute to an increase in noise. Now you have a clue where to look
inside the house.
If the noise is determined to be outside of the house, then the
detective work begins. Use one of the commercial noise receivers with a
loop or yagi antenna. You will be able to identify the noise source and
pinpoint its location by a little triangulation. A local map, ruler and
pencil will be of great assistance. Once done, then you are prepared
to approach the offending location or company.
Don't go banging power poles!!!. One ham did such, it shook the above
transformer loose and it fell. He suddenly became very short as the
300 lb transformer pounded him into the ground. The power company
replaced the transformer and and undertaker took care of the remains.

That wall wart, a switching supply, met a gruesome fate.
Naturally, I called the owner of the fence and apologized profusely. He was
very gracious, and was actually glad that I had inspired him to do some
much needed repairs.
Moral of the story: Make absolutely sure your own house is in order before
casting about for external causes.

For those that did not cooperate, it was pointed out that they were
violating Part 15 of the FCC rules and may ultimately have to deal with the
FCC.

I use electric fence here to keep deer out
of my tomato patch. To keep the fence out of
the radio I have a choke...3 turns well insulated
wire on a good sized #31 toroid, and I can't tell
the thing is on or off with the radio.
Your results may vary...every fence and charge will
probably be different.
