I've done a few PTO's (C21 and C22). This was useful:

Not a difficult job, but time consuming and fiddly. Usually the parts are
fine and just need a good clean and relube. What kind of grease should you
use? A very controversial topic that has been debated much in the past. I
used a synthetic grease called 'Super Lube' mostly because I use it on my
3D printer and already had it on hand. Seems to be working fine.. both PTOs
are still working well after a few years.
Last time I had one apart I looked at the plastic parts in the PTO, and I'm
pretty sure I could 3D print replacements if I had to. Good luck!
