TopBand: T33: no topband

John, KG6I, posted T33JH today on 20 with the comment "no 160." 

Pity. It's amazing how quickly one can lose interest in a DXpedition
:-(. Sigh, I wish I had been QRV on 160 when my good friend KN6J was
there with VK9NS.
