Earl,
I finally went to the bookshelf and picked up the Rohn commercial catalog.
There are SIX different Rohn 45 top sections. Each of the sections is
based on five (5) zig-zag bays of 15 3/4" each plus 5" stubs at the
bottom. The differences are as follows:
25AG 25AG1 25AG2 25AG3 25AG4 25AG5
Overall Length: 9' 0" 9' 3.25" 9' 9" 9' 3.5" 8' 0.162" 8' 3.5"
Top pipe OD: 2.0" 1.55" 2.25" 2.25" n/a 2.75"
Top Pipe length: 8.25" 12" 18" 12" n/a 0.0
Taper Length: 16" 15" 15" 16.75" 12.25" 17.15"
Note: the 25AG4 is the "flat plate" top section and does not taper.
"taper length" is the distance between the top of the five zig-zag bays
and the "tube" or top plate.
Let me know if you need any further information.
