Calling All Propagation Gurus...Bob, Bill, et al ("who's Al?), I
see the 27-day cycle had a double peak a couple days ago, the first one I
see so far. Also, the flux is also back up to 82, after a very short period
at a new, higher minimum for the present period. A show of hands, please:
all in favor of declaring the minimum officially passed? Even with the
rotten T-storm QRN, we are hearing the JA/VK/ZL sigs well here in the
Original Black Hole, between crashes.
