I worked ZK1XXP (I'm in Manvel, south of Houston) at 1225Z, on 1.822 mhz.
This was shortly after my sunrise. They were answering calls up 2 to 3 khz.
I was surprised that their signal strength was better than I had heard them
on 3.510 mhz at 1120Z.
