Jim,
Congrats on your plan to install a good receiving antenna!  Since you
have the room, I strongly recommend that you install a Beverage!  I'd
recommnen an 880 foot (or even better, an 1160 ft) Beverage.  Beverage
feedpoint impedance is very flat with respect to frequency, and there is
really no need for anything fancy, a 9:1 transformer will match it
directly to a 50 ohm feedline.
