TopBand: Beverage transformer core question

For the past few years, I have been using the BBR 7731 cores for
beverage feed transformersb that I purhcased in quantity from Vic Misek
back several years ago .  I have now depleted my supply.  Am wondering
what type of core would make a good substitute.  I'd like information on
brand, part number, core material type, etc.  Anyone have suggestions?
