Talked with Jan (VP8CRB) today on 10 meters. He wishes to QSP to the 160
group that he has been CQing on 1828 for the past few days with no
takers. He will be on tonight on the hour at 02:00Z, and 03:00Z on 1.828
qsx up 5. His procedure is to call CQ for at least 10-15 minutes trying
to raise someone. If no go at 0200Z he will repeat this at 0300Z . If
something gets started, he will stay as long as there are takers. He
MIGHT also try this at 01:00Z tonight also. QSL via K4QD
