I copied this message off of the DX-News Reflector. Though some of you
might be interested in it. Looking for him myself.

Subject: [DXR] ZB2FK Looking for "Top Band" QSOs' at 1.830Mhz/CW
Ernie/ZB2FK was in QSO w/ W1OY today (January 2nd) at 16:00z on 28.307
when I heard them.
He's looking for Q's on 160m , cw at 20wpm, from 00:00 - 0:100z, on
1.830Mhz. So far, NG. He added that he'll be doing this for awhile.
I can't get on 160m, but I know a 'bunch of you can, so let's see what we
can do to help Ernie usher in the New Year with a BANG! (And you get to
nail Gibralter!)
(Sorry for the late post, but I had to do a bunch of errands after that
QSO.)
'73, Happy New Year and Good DX to ALL in '99!
