ZL9CI showed up on 1.826 at 0930 utc this morning. I had re-rigged
the balloon antenna as a 1/4 wave on 80 M - and on listening on
on 3.503 nil heard. As they can not operate on 80 and 160 at
the same time I figured they may be qrv on 160. Pulled down the balloon
and attached it to the 160M 1/4 wave. In the meantime the nozzle
came loose - a few anxous minutes working it back on. Balloon back
up at 0955 and there was ZL9CI with rolling QSB. Caught 'em on a peak
at 1001 utc. Heard W0FLS go in the log at 1017z. GL de Jon N0JK
