I'm having problems modeling this antenna with any gain. My EZnec model with high accuracy ground and medium soil shows 17% efficiency (mostly due to ground loss) and about zero dBi gain in the best direction. If anyone has a file that works with noticeable gain (over average ground, not perfect ground) using a high accuracy ground, would you please e-mail me with the details?73, Tom W8JI W8JI@contesting.com |
