Topband: receive antenna

I am looking for a receive antenna that is cheap and east to
build for 75 or 160 meters and i also need some pictures and the
cost. I am on disability and do not have much money to put in
it. have a lot out back about150ft by 200 ft any and all help
would be appericated thanks a bunch
