Topband: dx window

 I find it both interesting and refreshing that not a single East
Coast station has asked for a similar "break" from the Westerners who are
CQ-ing in the JA window from 1810-1825...and I always thought Westerners 
were supposed to be the strong, silent rugged individualists.  ;-)

i, for one, will be more than happy to recognize a 
JA DX window. anything to help others work DX
on topband.
