I'm embarrassed for all of us. Its sad how many times he sent a partial (say
W3) and the WHOLE DARNED world kept calling and calling and calling. Even
many big time DXers whose calls I recognize were guilty of it. Not just once
but multiple times.
Its been said over and over and over but it just never seems to sink in. If
you can't hear him don't call! It is embarrassing!
BTW, full QSK is a BIG help.
