You know how crowded is this part of Europe, specially in the evening when 
the band is open to Japan.
I can survive using my Ten Tec ORION with INRAD 600 Hz roofing filter and 
150 Hz BW.
In the last SP contest I managed to work 19 JA's exactly in your same 
situation, with one HA station 300 Hz up and one S5 station 300 Hz down (300 
km. and 100 km. from me, both in the JA direction).
With this setup I can stay within 500 Hz from even the louder!
