Nothing unusual, IG9/IV3TAN was coming through  S9 around 2 pm in VE1 land, not 
bad with "Italian 300W" and single vertical.
Example of world propagation focused on Lampedusa, absence of D layer and 
enhanced conductivity and ionized gyro gama particles jus' lined up right.
